Accessibility Statement

Last updated: [Add date]

Quai.MD is committed to making our public website accessible to people with disabilities and to improving accessibility over time.

Scope

This statement applies to the public Quai.MD website: https://quai.md

If Quai.MD provides separate, logged-in products or portals, they are not covered by this statement unless explicitly listed above.

Accessibility standard

Quai.MD aims to comply with the requirements that apply in Israel for accessibility of internet services, including accessibility adjustments in line with Israeli Standard 5568 (AA level). Where feasible, we also aim to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Accessibility adjustments on the website

We work to improve accessibility on the website, including:

  • Clear structure and readable content
  • Text alternatives for non-text content where relevant
  • Ongoing fixes when issues are found
  • Headings

Accessibility menu

At the top of each page, you will find an accessibility menu allowing you:

  • To change the font size.
  • To change the brightness/contrast/color contrast.
  • All actions on the site can be carried out using the keyboard, in the following manner:
    • Pressing the Tab key directs to the next link and pressing Enter activates the link.
    • Pressing Shift-Tab reverts to the prior link.
  • Adjustments for blind users – The site is adapted for Internet surfers who use screen readers.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not be fully accessible. This can include third-party content, embedded tools, or specific pages.

If you encounter an issue, contact us and we will try to provide an accessible alternative and address the problem.

Physical office accessibility
